Equine and Canine

Zip isn't allowed in with our horses, for obvious reasons.

But most of all, because she would rather work than play.

However, here's a dog, Lucy, who has a unique relationship with a stallion.

NOTE:  Not our video folks...just found it on YouTube.

Take a watch...it will make your day go better.  Guaranteed to bring a smile.

Notice the dog starts out standing in the water container.

Please turn off the soothing music to your right, so you can hear the nuances of this film.

Perhaps next time the ball is in play, we'll let Zip join in...

Until tomorrow dear friends, God willing.

Lesson for the Week (via Caprine/Canine)

If you are heading back to school from Spring Break,
or just heading to work on a Monday morning,
we can all learn a lesson from our 4-legged friends.

If you meet a new friend...or reconnect with an old one...

Just remember to be kind.

Always look the person straight in the eye when talking to each other.

And don't get "uppity" when things don't go your way.

Just remember...nice begets nice.

In other words...The Golden Rule
So in everything, do to others what you would have them do to you,
or this sums up the Law and the Prophets.

Matthew 7:12

Until tomorrow, God willing.

The Transition - Canine to Equine

Every spring, we go from this...

To this...

And before we know it, summer is here.

And then summer seems to race on by, into fall again, year after year.

In the meantime, check out the video below.

You won't be sorry ~ it's truly amazing.

Grab a cup of coffee and settle in for 9 minutes of wonder and awe.

(Be sure and hit the stop button - to the right - to the music on here
so it won't clash with the video.)

And don't let the fact the title isn't in English throw you...
plus the video quality improves quickly.

And watch until the very end.  I tear up at the 8 minute mark.

OK, enough rambling...let the show begin~!
Most amazing horse video.

Until tomorrow, God willing.
