Photography - True Self Reflection

During Jordan's visit with us, he has been using my Nikon D80.

The following are some of the shots he has taken around our "40".

Don't let Russ fool you ~ he knows the camera is never far from reach.

This time, it just happened to be draped around Jordan's neck.

Good job Jordan~!

Until tomorrow ~ God willing.

Boy Behind the Camera

I love seeing the world through a child's eye.

I hope I never lose that gift.

Having Jordan here the last week has reminded Russ and I of the wonder of youth.

Young, vibrant, smart, and loving nature.

Trying to see and hear all that is out there.

And having the energy to partake in all of God's glory.

The joy of farm tasks, knowing you truly make a difference.

And while working, taking time to be creative.

Patience, perseverance.  Hands on.

It pays off, with a finished product.

And feeling good about a job well done.

I long to hear those words some day.

Well done, good and faithful servant.

Next up...Jordan's photos.

Here's one ~

Until next time, God willing.

A Child's Eye

Stay tuned...

For photography taken by this amazing young man.

Jordan, who is our "Spring Break" guest.

He has infused our place with laughter and the joy of young life.

I'll share his photos later today.

Until then, God willing.
