That Still Small Voice

It's funny how it goes.
I've never been more filled with the grace of God, but it's "stuck" inside of me...
I go to write,
and I smile,
lift my hands from the keyboard
and fold them on my lap.

I truly have so much to say, but don't know where to start.

Perhaps that is why I love winter.
Winter slows you down...to the speed of life.

My life is ordered by survival.

By peaceful surroundings.

Evenings by the woodstove makes you grateful for the land around you.

And what it provides.

You see God's handiwork in every blink of an eye.
And hear His still small voice, whispering to you across the snow covered fields.

Until tomorrow, enjoying this summer day, God willing.
