From Sledding ~ To Syrup

March is a time of transition for us. 

We begin to ease down from our busy tour season, into a season consumed of sap.



Our trees are calling.

And willing to provide a sweetness like none other.

It's all there, for the taking.



It's an exciting time for us. 

It calls an end to a winter filled with daily survival at times.




And now the sweetness of spring will be at our fingertips.
