Pulling off the Trail

After much decision, I've decided I must take a break.

It's not desired, by any means, but it is necessary.

I won't be having Internet on our "40" for the next few weeks,
{it's becoming lower and lower on the "priority" scale...}
and because it is difficult {ok, impossible} to continue posts
on public {our local library} computers,
I must take a break.

But soon, I will return.

With many tales from the trails...

And will start my look back on our life over the last decade,
and see how we morphed into this role of God-sufficient living.

"Only let your manner of life be worthy of the gospel of Christ,
so that whether I come and see you or am absent,
I may hear of you that you are standing firm in one spirit,
with one mind striving side by side for the faith of the gospel,
and not frightened in anything by your opponents.
This is a clear sign to them of their destruction,
but of your salvation, and that from God."

Philippians 1:27-28

Until then, dear friends, God willing.

Am so going to miss you and your posts Sherry......but certainly understand when other things become necessary in life. Enjoy the rest of the winter-your beautiful animals and every day life and the blessings within. Peace and may God be with you and yours. Prayers daily,~~Rain

See you on the flip side. A person has to do what they have to do. We may all be in the same boat someday.

You will be missed Sherry:)) But there is so much life that we miss out on living when we are always sitting in front of the "little blinking lights" ~ enjoy your internet vacation.

I hope that your break will leave you feeling refreshed. I'm looking forward to hearing about how you have lived your off grid journey. I have many questions for you, but hopefully some will be answered in your future posts.

I'll be back folks ~ you may not even notice I'm gone, but I wanted to give a shout out if my computer goes idle. It wasn't something I wanted to do, although I have to say that in the past there were times I desired a break from some of the social media interaction. It's more of a need to "prioritize". That "not so little" Verizon bill hasn't moved up to the top of the bill pile and decisions had to be made. I made the decision to "unplug" until it could be made right. {I'm still here, so it hasn't happened yet...lol.} Thanks for waiting for me dear friends. I'll be back, in a jiffy, and can't wait to connect again. Hope to see you then!! {Until then, I'll try to enjoy my "vaca"...:~)}
