Our New Little Bundle of Joy

He wasn't even 24-hours old and was running and kicking up his heels.

His buddy, Kobe, watched in awe from the next paddock.

Praise God for the warm sun for lazy afternoon naps with Mama.

We have a couple names in mind.

Sloppy Joe is one.

His sister, Luna, loves to hover and play "Mama" too.

Hard to resist...I'm sure.

Until tomorrow ~ God willing,

There's nothing like baby calves in the spring. My brother's cows are due to start calving soon - maybe in a week or so.

Ah, you have a little black beauty here! What a blessing.

Thanks ladies. Montanagirl ~ hope to see some calf pictures in the next week. There is nothing as sweet as a newborn calf.
