Facebook

It was time...to follow the scripture that has graced our Website for years.

"Make it your ambition to lead a quiet life, to mind your own business and to work with your hands, just as we told you, so that your daily life may win the respect of outsiders and so that you will not be dependent on anybody."
1 Thessalonians 4:11-12

But please folks, contact us if you wish to connect.

We would love to hear from you.

By email, Blog comment, or smoke signal.

I may be back on Facebook, as many friends are just a click away.

But sometimes easy isn't always the answer.

"It was terribly dangerous to let your thoughts wander when you were in any public place or within range of a telescreen. The smallest thing could give you away. A nervous tic, an unconscious look of anxiety, a habit of muttering to yourself--anything that carried with it the suggestion of abnormality, of having something to hide. In any case, to wear an improper expression on your face...; was itself a punishable offense. There was even a word for it in Newspeak: facecrime..."
- George Orwell, 1984

Until tomorrow, God willing.

I don't blame you a bit. And, by the way, 1984 has crossed my mind MANY times lately. :-?

Thought I would stop by to say Hi. Your dogs are beautiful. We have a 4 month old Lab/Husky mix. He reminds me of some of your dogs.

Have a Blessed Easter,
Vicki

Love that header picture... and the other too, as well, on today's post. I miss riding... miss having equines here... maybe someday when retired.

Thank you for all the nice comments ladies. KK@FT ~ it's odd, but we are much busier (and outside more) in the winter, with our sled dog tours. Or perhaps we just notice it more...:) Enjoy your pup Vicki~!
