Wash Day

I finally have a wash day.



Russ-Stick style.


Thanks to my friend, AC Ellen, who gifted me this gem, I can wash clothes on our 40.



It washes.



It wrings.




And now...this big guy's turn.

Love the photo of the pig, Sherry. I worked for 9 years at the Univ of KY swine research unit, mainly in the farrowing barn, had to quit though because it was a confinement system, and I just couldn't take it any longer. So unnatural. Is your wringer washer electric, or powered by a gasoline engine? I'm hoping to get one of those when I move soon. Great post today, nothin' like clothes dried outside, what a wonderful smell they have. Take care, from KY.
